Once on the outskirts of the city of Marion, IA, Willowridge Condominiums were crafted by Midwest Development Co., a partnership of Skogman Homes, between the years of 1989 and 1997. Willowridge condominiums are owned and managed by unit owners. The Willowridge Owner’s Association was established on August 28, 1989.
